The main purpose of the article is to describe changes in foreign trade meat products between Poland and Japan years 2004-2019. following methods were used: comparative analysis over time export its product groups, commodity structure these exports. obtained results can be implemented by various participants supply chain (e.g. processors or trade), they may support not only economic policy state terms shaping relations, but also exporting enterprises interested determining their competitive position market estimate share exports certain groups) consider possible placement on this market. research used OECD, ITC Trade Map data unpublished annual imports Ministry Finance from 2004 2019.
